Modern laboratory and medical diagnostic services

SMARTLAB is an independent medical laboratory and a network of diagnostic centres in Ukraine. We combine laboratory diagnostics, doctor consultations and instrumental examinations.

SMARTLAB offers more than 1,500 laboratory tests, including general clinical and biochemical analyses, hormone tests, infection diagnostics and other examinations prescribed by a doctor.

SMARTLAB’s own laboratory facilities

Laboratory tests are performed at SMARTLAB’s own laboratory facilities with a total area of more than 2,000 m². These are laboratory complexes equipped with automated systems where biological samples are tested and results are quality-controlled.

Since 1 October 2026, Global Test Laboratory in Vinnytsia has joined SMARTLAB and operates as part of the network.

Standards and quality control

SMARTLAB laboratory is accredited in accordance with the requirements of DSTU EN ISO 15189:2022. The quality management system is certified according to the international ISO 9001 standard and DSTU ISO 9001:2015.

The reliability of results is confirmed by participation in international external quality assessment programmes: RIQAS, LABQUALITY, PREVECAL and ESfEQA.

SMARTLAB diagnostic centres

SMARTLAB operates 3 medical centres in Odesa at the following addresses:

• 10 Nezalezhnosti Street, Odesa

Patients can consult more than 80 doctors across 18 medical specialities. Available services include ultrasound, ECG, 24-hour ECG monitoring, ambulatory blood pressure monitoring and other medical services.

Tests available at no cost with an NHSU e-referral

As part of the SMARTLAB social initiative, patients can undergo up to 5 laboratory tests at no cost with one NHSU electronic referral. This initiative is not financed from the state budget. No prior appointment is required.

Family medicine

SMARTLAB develops family medicine as continuous medical care for adults and children. At our medical centres, patients can choose a family doctor and sign a declaration.

At SMARTLAB medical centres, patients can choose a family doctor, sign a declaration and access free services provided under the Medical Guarantee Programme.

A family doctor provides consultations, prescribes the necessary laboratory tests and, when needed, refers patients to specialists.
