The test code (electronic referral) arrives as an SMS message from the eHealth system.
It is a 16-digit combination in the format XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX.
If you lost it, you can get or view the code in these ways:
- In the Helsi app: go to “Patient account” → “Medical documents” → “Referrals”.
- On the Helsi website: sign in, open “Medical documents”, and choose the “Referrals” category.
- From your doctor: your family doctor or specialist can print the referral or tell you its number during the appointment.
