SMARTLAB is an independent medical laboratory and a network of diagnostic centres in Ukraine. We combine laboratory diagnostics, doctor consultations and instrumental examinations, allowing patients to receive essential medical services in one place.

Tests are performed at our own laboratory facilities with a total area of more than 2000 m². The laboratories are located at:

- 76 Kotsiubynskoho Street, Vinnytsia
Since 1 October 2026, the Global Test laboratory in Vinnytsia has been part of SMARTLAB.

Standards and quality control
SMARTLAB is accredited in accordance with the requirements of DSTU EN ISO 15189:2022. The quality management system is certified under ISO 9001 and DSTU ISO 9001:2015 standards.
The reliability of results is ensured by controlling all stages of laboratory testing and participating in international external quality assessment programmes:

Result control for doctors
- Archived storage of biological samples
- Sample barcode control
- Possibility of repeated result verification

SMARTLAB diagnostic centres
SMARTLAB operates three diagnostic centres in Odesa:

Tests at no charge with an NHSU e-referral
As part of a SMARTLAB social initiative, patients can undergo laboratory tests at no charge with an NHSU electronic referral. This initiative is not financed from the state budget.
- Up to 5 laboratory tests with one electronic referral
- Service available at SMARTLAB branches where the service is provided
- The service can be used once every 7 days
- Prior appointment is not required
- Patients only need to verify the referral and choose a convenient branch
Family medicine
At SMARTLAB medical centres, patients can choose a family doctor, sign a declaration and receive access to free services provided under the Medical Guarantees Programme.
